What data do we process?
Some data is generated technically when you visit the website. We also receive information you provide through a contact or enquiry form, by email, telephone, WhatsApp, or when booking an appointment through Calendly. We use personal data in particular to provide the website, respond to enquiries, and prepare or carry out our services. Statistical analysis through Google Analytics takes place only with your consent.
2. Hosting with Netlify
This website is provided through the infrastructure of Netlify, Inc. When you visit, technically necessary information may be processed, including IP address, date and time of access, pages or files requested, browser and device details, and technical log and security information. This processing supports the secure and reliable provision of the website.
Where Netlify processes data on our behalf, this is based on the relevant data-protection agreements. Data may also be processed outside the European Union or European Economic Area. Where required, the provider’s legally recognized transfer mechanisms are used.
3. Cookies and consent settings
Our website uses technically necessary storage and, only with consent, analytics features. On visiting the website you can choose whether to permit analytics. You can change or withdraw consent at any time for the future through the privacy settings available on the website. The website’s core functions remain available without analytics consent.
4. Google Analytics 4
If you consent to analytics, we use Google Analytics 4. The provider for users in the European Economic Area is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics lets us evaluate website use statistically. Information processed may include pages viewed, website interactions, the time and duration of visits, browser and device, approximate origin of the visit, and pseudonymous identifiers.
Google Analytics is activated on this website only after your consent. You can withdraw consent at any time through the privacy settings. After withdrawal our website triggers no further Analytics events and, where technically possible, removes associated Analytics cookies.
The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and, where applicable, Section 25 TDDDG. Google Analytics Measurement ID: G-KX6BN7JKGL.
5. Contact and enquiry forms
Our website provides forms for general contact, Park-N-Check enquiries, and MobilWash enquiries. When you use a form, we process the information entered to respond. Depending on the form, this can include your name, email address, telephone number, vehicle or location details, and the content of your enquiry.
We use Netlify Forms for technical transmission and processing. Data is used to respond and, where needed, prepare or carry out a contractual relationship. If your enquiry concerns initiating or performing a contract, the basis is in particular Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Other enquiries are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in handling them appropriately under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
We keep enquiry data only as long as necessary to deal with the enquiry, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
6. Booking through Calendly
We use the external service Calendly LLC for online appointment booking. Calendly is not embedded directly in this website. When you follow a booking link, you leave our site for an external Calendly page; further booking occurs there. A booking may involve contact details, desired service, location information and other appointment details you provide. Calendly’s privacy terms also apply to processing on its platform. Use of Calendly is voluntary; you may instead reach us through the contact options on our website.
7. Contact via WhatsApp
Our website provides links to contact us through WhatsApp. For users in the European Region, WhatsApp is provided by WhatsApp Ireland Limited. Merely displaying a WhatsApp link does not embed WhatsApp or tracking technology in our website. Clicking a link takes you away from our website and opens WhatsApp or WhatsApp Web. If you communicate there, your phone number, messages, and any images or other files you voluntarily send may be processed.
WhatsApp is optional. You can contact us instead by email, telephone or the options on our website. WhatsApp’s privacy terms also apply to processing within WhatsApp.
8. Contact by telephone and email
When you contact us by telephone or email, we process the information you provide to handle your enquiry. For enquiries concerning preparation or performance of a contract, the basis is in particular Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For other enquiries it may be our legitimate interest in responding efficiently under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
9. Locally hosted fonts
Fonts used on this website are served locally through our own website infrastructure. Loading them does not connect to Google Fonts or a comparable external font provider.
10. External links
Our website links to external sites and services. Simply displaying such a link does not generally establish a connection to the external provider. When you open it, you leave our website and the provider’s privacy terms apply to further processing.
11. Retention
Unless a more specific period is stated here, we retain personal data only as long as needed for the relevant purpose. If statutory retention duties or other legal grounds require longer storage, deletion takes place after those periods end.
12. Your rights
Subject to legal conditions, you have rights to access your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection to certain processing, and withdrawal of consent for the future. You may also lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection supervisory authority. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it.
13. SSL/TLS encryption
For security, this website uses SSL or TLS encryption. An encrypted connection can be identified in particular by an address beginning with https://.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if services, technical processes, or legal requirements change.
